Chris Low is a Scotland-born DIY punk veteran active since the early 1980s, known for his involvement in bands such as Political Asylum, The Apostles, and Oi Polloi, alongside numerous other projects. He currently works as a photographer, designer, and writer across various imprints. He is the author of Beyond The Monochrome and Best B4 1984, both documenting the UK anarcho-punk scene of the 1980s through his personal archives of photographs, flyers, and fanzines. He is also the author of Up Yours! Tokyo Punk & Japanarchy Today, a photography project and book capturing Tokyo’s underground punk scene.
